Used in the release process
TerraScore / Technologies
CHECKER / APPROVER
Separate preparation, independent technical checking and final release authority.
Purpose and value
Make the evidence and decision at each release stage attributable to a distinct responsible role.
What we have developed
TFH release records use producer, checker and approver roles. The evidence-checker source verifies a bounded evidence package and fails when required facts are missing or inconsistent.
Supporting evidence
The Europe release of 18 October 2026 has separate source, build, staging and public-acceptance records. Its public homepage preserves 41 directions, 29 national cards and seven international portals. This is engineering acceptance, not scientific certification.
Use today
This separation is an engineering release procedure. A professional scientific-review workspace in TerraScore needs its own access-control and workflow admission before being described as operational.
Application considerations
The author cannot independently approve their own implementation. A checker verdict applies to its exact artifact and scope; source acceptance is not permission to deploy. Approval cannot make missing scientific evidence valid.
Future applications
For each integration, bind distinct reviewer decisions to the same source, artifact, configuration and verification scope.
Practical application
A national reporting change is prepared, tested, independently checked, staged and separately approved, then verified publicly with its release record preserved.
