Land intelligence.
Deeper insight. Lower risk.

TerraScore provides professional agricultural land and portfolio intelligence for credit, insurance, investment, risk and due-diligence teams. Evidence-first: every figure carries its source, its granularity and its limitations.

Explore first. Subscribe for real data.

The demo is open to anyone and runs entirely on clearly marked synthetic sample data. The client workspace is for subscribed institutions and works with real, authorized data under your organization's account.

DEMO · SYNTHETIC DATA

Product demo

Walk through the full product — dashboards, portfolios, parcels, reports, risk views and the API concept — using synthetic demonstration data. No account needed. Every demo surface is explicitly labelled: nothing in it is production data.

  • Full workspace navigation and workflow
  • Sample portfolios and synthetic parcels
  • Report and risk-view walkthrough
  • API and credential-management concept

Solutions

Built for teams that answer to a committee.

TerraScore serves banks, insurers, funds and due-diligence teams that need land intelligence they can defend — with sources, granularity and limitations stated on the page, not buried in an appendix.

Banks · Credit

Credit & collateral context

  • Underwriting context — regional soil, climate and vegetation indicators for the land behind a loan
  • Collateral intelligence — parcel identification with explicit verification state
  • Portfolio monitoring — screen agricultural exposure across regions and crops
  • Committee-ready evidence — a printable due-diligence document with full lineage
Insurance

Environmental & climate context

  • Climate history — 26 complete years of ERA5-derived seasonal indices per region
  • Volatility indicators — climate volatility (CVI) by region and crop
  • Parcel-level context — regional analytics attached to identified parcels, granularity always labelled
  • Portfolio risk view — exposure screening across a book of insured land
Investment · Due diligence

Land evidence & comparison

  • Land Passport — a structured evidence document per parcel
  • Portfolio comparison — side-by-side regional indicators across target assets
  • Data provenance — every layer names its dataset, depth and granularity
  • Stated limitations — what is not known is printed with the same weight as what is
Platform

Four capabilities. One evidence discipline.

The platform is designed around auditable outputs. Capabilities that are not yet shipping are marked as such — here and everywhere else in the product.

Land intelligence

ABI Land Quality Index

Five classes, Premium → Degraded. Soil pH, clay content and organic carbon combined with vegetation, precipitation and temperature indicators. SoilGrids 250m v2 is the soil source; Sentinel-2 the vegetation source. Modelled regional values — not parcel soil samples.

Yield intelligence

ERA5 + Sentinel-2 NDVI

26 complete years of climate history, 2000–2025, plus a partial current year that is never counted as depth. Sentinel-2 NDVI from 2015 — from 2016 for Moldova and Romania. National yield series per crop; regional yield is not yet measured.

Risk scoring

Component analytics · Monte Carlo

Climate volatility, soil quality (ABI), vegetation, confidence and Monte Carlo risk are data-backed today; the remaining ACS indexes are designed but not yet populated; a composite score is published only once the model is qualified.

Portfolio ready

API · Batch · PDF (in development)

REST integration, portfolio batch processing and committee-ready PDF with data lineage are under development, and ship only when backed by qualified data.

The Land Passport.

One parcel, one structured evidence document. Identify land by cadastral reference, map point, drawn polygon or GeoJSON — and receive a passport that separates what is verified from what is user-provided, what is measured from what is modelled, and what is known from what is not.

WHAT LAND → WHAT WE KNOW → HOW GOOD → RISKS → MARKET → WHAT IS NOT KNOWN
EVIDENCE DISCIPLINE — cadastral geometry identifies land; it is not ownership or title proof. Regional analytics are region statistics, not parcel measurements. The document integrity hash is a checksum, not a cryptographic signature. Market figures are withheld unless unit, currency and valuation year are evidenced.
Data & methodology

Where the numbers come from.

Every analytical layer names its source, its depth and its granularity. These are the layers behind the product today — including their limits, stated here rather than in fine print.

Cadastral

Parcel identification is per-country. National cadastral references stay national — there is no pan-European cadastral number. Where no official resolver is integrated, geometry can be supplied manually and is then always labelled USER-PROVIDED · UNVERIFIED. Automated cadastral resolution is country-specific and not yet verified for any country.

Climate

ERA5-derived seasonal indices, 2000–2025: 26 complete years. The current year is present but truncated at extraction and is never counted as depth, never plotted as comparable, and is marked PARTIAL wherever it appears.

Vegetation

Sentinel-2 NDVI from 2015 (from 2016 for Moldova and Romania) — an ~11–12-year satellite record, and the product says so rather than implying a 25-year one.

Soil

SoilGrids 250m v2 model pin: pH, clay content, organic carbon. Modelled regional values, not parcel soil samples. A zero organic-carbon input renders as "input absent", not as zero carbon.

Yield

National yield series per crop. True granularity: country. Inter-region yield variation is not measured; no regional or parcel yield exists in the data plane, and none is invented.

Crop coverage

Bounded, and stated: 4 crops — full-stack climate/yield/CVI analytics; ABI layer coverage: 9 crops. Analytics for crops outside these sets are not published — coverage is a bound, not a general claim.

Provenance

Passports carry per-layer lineage — project, dataset, depth, granularity — plus the build provenance of the software that produced them. Unknown provenance renders as UNKNOWN, never as a plausible default.

OPEN GAPS, STATED — GAP-TS-001: no qualified composite model exists; OVERALL TERRASCORE: NOT YET QUALIFIED and no overall score is rendered anywhere. GAP-TS-002: analytics are region/country level; parcel-level claims are not data-backed. These gaps close only when the models qualify — not when the copy changes.
Enterprise API

Built to sit inside your systems.

For banks, insurers and platforms that want TerraScore inside their own credit, risk or monitoring stack. The API surface is in development and is published as a design preview — explicitly, not as a live endpoint list.

IN DEVELOPMENT

REST integration

Parcel identification, passport generation and portfolio screening over a versioned REST surface, returning the same evidence-first documents the workspace renders.

DESIGN PREVIEW

Credential management

API credentials are issued per organization and are separate from human login. Scoped keys, rotation and revocation — with the secret shown once, at creation, and never again.

DESIGN PREVIEW

Documentation

Authentication model, endpoint groups, error model and rate limits — browsable today in the demo workspace as a labelled design preview of the proposed contract.

Technology & compliance posture

Proofs, not promises.

TerraScore is built on the ACS data platform: Go + Python + Rust microservices on GCP europe-west1. That is the cloud region the service runs in — a region fact, not a certified data-residency guarantee across every subsystem and sub-processor. ProvableCORE® receipt sealing and SentientROUTER® classification are platform components; their integration into the TerraScore scoring path is in progress.

Cryptographic audit

ProvableCORE® seal

Merkle-anchored receipt design targeting RFC 9162 and KMS signing. AGEPI Nr. 7671. Not yet emitting receipts on the TerraScore path; integration is in progress.

AI governance

SentientROUTER® classification

Constitutional classification S/D/H. AGEPI Nr. 7672. Multi-provider consensus architecture — provider integration in progress. AI Act Annex III oriented.
